Brief About Scholar: Dr Sanjay Kumar did his BA (Hons), MA (Political Science) , M.Phil and Phd from University of Delhi. He has been teaching as Assistant Professor of Political Science at Zakir Husain evening college of Delhi University for almost 15 years. He has written many articles and books and his areas of interest are the Constitution, Party System , Political Economy, Dr Ambedkar and Environmental issues. He is actively involved in the movements for welfare of teachers and has held elected posts of Joint Secretary of Delhi University Teacher Association (DUTA) 2007-09, Vice President, DUTA 2009-11. He has also been member Academic Council of Delhi University for 2010-12 and 2013-15.
