Dr. Rijo John is a health economist with a PhD from Indira Gandhi Institute of Development Research, Mumbai, and a post-doctoral fellowship from the University of California San Francisco. He consults for global institutions like WHO, World Bank, Campaign for Tobacco-Free Kids, and Johns Hopkins University, and occasionally teaches at IIM Kozhikode. Formerly, he held academic positions at IIT Jodhpur, University of Illinois at Chicago, and American Cancer Society, Atlanta. Dr. John has published extensively in several international public health journals.
